Inlet Birth offers prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to both clients (patients) and newborns from early pregnancy through to six weeks postpartum. We are also pleased to provide postpartum-only care from the early days after delivery until up to six weeks postpartum.
Health-care providers can use the PDF form below to refer your patients to our program, or import the OSCAR eForm into their EMR. Patients can self-refer by filling out the Meet with your Care Provider form.
